Reports to understand learner progress and content effectiveness

Creating topics and sharing them with learners is just one part of a training cycle. It is just as important to explore learner progress and understand content effectiveness.

LearnBee gives content creators comprehensive reports. For an overview of overall performance, you could look at the Engagement Report. For a more detailed view of learner progress, you could download topic-wise Excel reports.

Locate the training topic you want to see the report for

  • Click on it.
  • Find the “View Engagement Report” button.

  • Here, you will see the total number of learners, topic rating, topic leaderboard, and general question-wise analysis.

  • This is to help you quickly understand areas of strength and improvement.


For the Excel Report

  • Stay on the Engagement Report screen.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  • Click on “Download Report”

  • This will give you detailed information on learner performance. 

  • You can get details on the topic questions, get a topic completion report, question-wise report for each learner and a leaderboard.
