These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Learnbee’s online platform, located at create.learnbee.com. and represented by the app named Learnbee in the Android and the Apple Application stores. Learnbee is a service for Learners to consume content based on their profile, their career interests, the private channels and public channels they follow. [Hereinafter referred to as ‘Service’].
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: There are four parties with reference to the application platform. They are: Learnbee platform provider on a Software as a Service basis [Hereinafter referred to as Learnbee], the Learner that adopts the platform to consume content that is of impact to their lives and careers [referred as Learner], the Creator who wish to create content for the Learner to consume, on a free or paid basis [referred as Creator] and the Company that would like to invite the Learner to consumer their private or public content [referred as Company].
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Learnbee stated services, in accordance with and subject to applicable laws. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Learnbee if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Our Cookie Policy

License
Unless otherwise stated, Learnbee and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for the ‘Service’ – the underlying Learnbee platform and the mobile applications. This might be from time to time ‘white labelled’ for use by various Customers. Learnbee provides for the Company to invite a given number of Users.
Content Modules
Parts of this service offers an opportunity for users to consume content like brochures, videos, trainings, quiz and other company documentation. They are hereinafter referred to as modules.
It is the Creator or a Company that publishes the content for the modules in Learnbee. The content published must be owned directly by the Customer or be licenced from any other content provider including Learnbee. Learnbee reserves the right to remove any content that is proven to be infringing the copywrite of other content owners. BsharpCorp also reserves the right to remove any content that is defamatory, libellous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material including and especially pornographic content. Learnbee also reserves the right to remove any content that is an infringement of privacy of an individual.
You must not:
- Republish material from Learnbee unless it is explicitly stated as sharable content
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Learnbee
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Learnbee
- Share the content to any external party outside the Company
- Redistribute content from Learnbee
Data collection and dashboarding
Parts of this Service offers an opportunity for users to send reports about their ‘Company’ operations to the Company managers. These might include sales reports, competition reports, merchandising reports and other reports that the Company managers want the Users to submit for data collection purposes. These reports might include customer names, product codes, images, videos, sales pitches, GPS locations and the like. Learnbee will not use these information and reports except on an anonymised basis for analyses to improve the BsharpCorp service. The Company and its managers will extensively use this information collected for their planning and business execution purposes. Depending on the hierarchy, they will have access to all the data and the meta-data of the information submitted by the User.
Learnbee will not have access to the said data without explicit permission from the Company. In cases where the Company is contracting Bsharp to manage the platform and the administer the data, specific BsharpCorp employees will have access to the said data for administration and analytics purposes.
The company can opt-in to forward the data such collected to any third party platform for further analysis and business intelligence purposes. This might include the ‘white-labelled’ Business Intelligence platform that is part of the BsharpCorp service. Third party services integrated to the platform might have their own terms and conditions and Learnbee takes all steps to integrate with reputed providers who provide world class privacy policies.
Parts of this Service offers an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information, usually relating to the Customer’s products and processes. Bsharp Sales Enablers Private Limited does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the Service. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Learnbee, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Bsharp Sales Enablers Private Limited shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
The Company reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions. Learnbee reserves the right to remove any or all Comments considered inappropriate by its content standards board.
You warrant and represent that:
- You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consent to do so;
- The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
- The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
- The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
User Management
You warrant and represent that:
- As a Company, you will not invite any user below the age of 18 as User of Learnbee
- As a Company or User you will not post objectionable content on the platform
- As a Company or User, use APIs or bots in a way that can impact the smooth running of the BsharpCorp platform.
Platform architecture
Learnbee will offer similar services to many ‘Companies’ that require these services. Learnbee stores the information from the various Companies (‘tenant’ in Software as Services Model) in a common database and ensures that only the relevant content is visible to the relevant user. Learnbee will take all the necessary steps to ensure that safety and the security of the content including a safe Internet architecture and periodical penetration testing.

Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request the Company to terminate the relationship with Learnbee with 30 days’ notice. This might be related to commercial or other considerations. Similarly the Company reserves the right to request Learnbee to terminate the relationship with 30 days notes.
Usage of Company name in Learnbee promotional material
Learnbee reserves the right to use the company name and logo in the promotional material including websites and brochures. However, when BsharpCorp wants to disclose more information about the nature of the usage, Learnbee will approach the Company for a specific promotional release. If Learnbee enters into a Master Services Agreement with the Company, the terms dictated in the Master Services Agreement will supersede the terms mentioned here for the Usage of Company name in Learnbee promotional material.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
- limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
- exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
